Hello dear Community,
I have a question regarding a payout for one of our reservations. I was going through transaction history in my Airbnb profile and when I clicked on "future transactions" and I saw one future transaction that will be made for reservation we have starting from the 18th of October. Problem is another transaction that is marked as "pending" and it's from August 2015 when our company had another management so we are not familiar with this reservation and the reason it's payment is pending for more than a year now.
Can you please advise what should I do in this situation and why the payment hasn't been done?
