transfer a listing to another host?

Is it possible to transfer an Airbnb listing to another host? We are in the process of selling our home.  The buyers are interested in continuing to use Airbnb to let out the pool house as we have been doing for the past couple months.  If they open an Airbnb account, is it possible to transfer the listing to them?

I dont believe so.  They would have to set up a new listing and establish their own reviews.

Simple answer is no, you could run off any existing bookings with a side agreement.
