Potential guest has one review listed but I'm not sure how to view her previous review-any help?

@Sean40 Is the review not coming up when you click on their picture to go to their profile? All published reviews should show up there, so not sure why it wouldn't be visible.

Thanks, Ed & Hugh. I was able to see their review when I clicked through on their reservation request (and not just on their profile). So maybe you can only see reviews for guests who request to stay at your place? That would make sense to avoid oversharing

Sometimes the guests have been reviewed before but the  review remains hidden for 14 days until they themselves submit one for their previous host. You can see that they've been reviewed, it stands there under their profile picture, but you cannot read it until it becomes published after the 14-days-period.
