Setting custom rates

Does anybody know how to set a rate for one additional guest and then set another rate for each additional guest after the one additional?  In ohter words, the site allows you to post a rate for each night, then allows you to set a rate for each additional guest.  It does not permit you to adjust the rate for the 2nd, 3rd, etc. guest.  I also want people to know that a dog will be the same rate as an additional guest.  The site does not seem to permit you to do any of this.

It is under "pricing" for the listing. Click pricing, pricing settings, scroll down to add'l pricing options and open that tab, check the additional guests box and set desired rate

The site is actually built exactly in this way - it's hard to price in any other way!
