Price and payout not the same

Hello,

We've put the price for out room 10 euros/night, and the price is ok on the listing, but after the airbnb has turned on the smart pricing, we do not get the correct payout on our accout, even though we have turned off the smart pricing. Instead of 10 euros/night, we get 10 usd, which is 9 euros/night, and the service fee is $0 for one night. If there is a service fee, it would be ok for the airbnb to point it out, and not to make us believe that there's no service fee for one night, and we get lesser money after all.

Any help?

Do you use Paypal to get your money?

Some paypal transactions have "american dollars" as a default for certain transactions and then we use to lose money on the  exchange. This used to happen to me here, I used the Paypal in USD just ehen the exchange was favorable to me. After that time, I changed it to the BANK TRANSFER option. And set up my account to show the values in my local currency.

No, actually, we use payoneer.

Now the new situation happened: we changed the price to 11 euros (winter time, with heating), but the system still calculates the price with 9euros/night, and in a manner 9eur/night times 9 nights = 84 euros?!

Can someone tell me what's going on with prices???

Just to mention again, the smart price option is turned off.
