Pricing when making reservation is different(lower) than the one set upon my calendar

Hello,

I need help with my listing's pricing schedule. I have tried to resolve it through the help center, but they just stop asnwering...And it is not resolved yet.

I have several listings on my profile but the last one I added,  is experiencing issues when I set separate pricing throughout the season ( for example July 1st - July 15 --> 270 euro). When someone goes ahead to book on these days(I have tried it myself and a friend tried it as well), a different price appears to them, something around 250, or 253 euros per night.. Why is this thing happening? Have I done something wrong?

It looks like the system does a kind of calculation, and comes up with an average price per night which is wrong, and which is also not a round number like 250 euros or sth, it is 253, or 251 etc.. and it is certainly not 270 euros, which is the right one.

Can you help me figure this out? I really need to upload my listing and get things going. It has never happened before...
