I just accepted a 4 night stay and when I look at the details in the coversation, it says 164/nite x 4 nites. When I go to my calander to check my pricing all nights are $165. I am not going to hassle the guest about $4, but don't understand HOW this can happen. A month ago I canelled a reservation because the guest booked the same apt for $98/night! I told the guest "sorry, don't know how you did it, but its $165 so I'm cancelling." Anyone else see pricing errors in the bookings????

Are you sure you don't have flexible pricing turned on? Are you sure you did not accidentally send the guest an offer at a lower rate?
I have exactly the same issue! 3 x price advertised comes up as that minus 1 euro. Bizarre!
And this is what airbnb help desk replied to my query about this:
The reason why you have been priced down one euro is because of the currency conversion fee as we convert the price to USD as we are an American company.
Also, you can tweet a direct message to @AirbnbHelp directly to ask about why particular prices were set for particular nights.
Do your prices change based on week day vs. weekend?
The fee is averaged out i.e., nightly rate X number of days ÷ by number if nights booked= nightly rate. Please note that Airbnb only charge round figures so the figure might be very slightly different if you calculated it manually.
However if you see a massive difference like the example you provided where the guest booked at $98 when in fact it is $165, you should contact Airbnb directly but avoid cancelling yourself as they penalise you, call them and let them do it, would be very unfair if you got penalised due to their error.

You may have approved Smart Pricing, weekend rates, or weekly/monthly percentage pricing which can change your nightly rate depending on what you specified when you set it up so check your Pricing Settings. Otherwise, @Amaris0 is likely correct and it's simply divving up your fees, etc.
I am having the same problem... My calender says on price that I am asking... and the guest gets a quote for a lot less.. How can that be??
No I took it off auto pricing... How do I fix this?
How do I actually speak to someone... I can' t seem to get a response..
Thanks so much for any help..
