Is it possible to have 2 different listings on one property? I would like to offer bed and breakfast mid week and then rent the entire house out for the weekend.

Yes @Lizzie4 but you need to be vigilant about your calendars and ensure that you do not double book.  Also ensure that you have Instant Book turned off.
