Property Manager Wanted for Santa Rosa, CA

My husband and I are in escrow on a property in Downtown Santa Rosa and we would like to rent it out while we aren't using it. We live in Orange County so we are not close enough to manage it on our own (and lets be honest... its better to get someone who knows what they are doing!). Are there any available property managers who would like to discuss the possibility of working with us?
