Does anyone know of a consultant or agent I could consult with on the viability of purchasing a property in Redondo Beach, CA to be used as an AirBnb property?

alternatively is there anyone currently doing airbnb hosting in R.B. and how is your experience with the city permits/enforcement been?

What I am trying to understand is what R.B.'s government's policy is on airbnb use?
