I have had a guest cancel and I want to give them a full refund as they had only just booked and it was an honest mistake. I cant see any way of giving them the full refund, I can only see how to give them a special offer which is not what I want to do. Can someone tell me how to do it?

They ask airBnB to arrange the refund after the guest and not the host cancels the booking. This maybe an error on the part of the guest but you do not have to pay for it as the host.
For reasons frequently stated on this board do not cancel the booking yourself
@Margie20 As posted by @Andrew157, let the guest do all the cancellating. Then you can go to the reservation and select the send money option to provide the balance of the refund.
Hi Linda, thanks for your reply. The guest did cancel the booking and normally I can just hit send refund and refund the deposit. In this case, he used a voucher to do the booking and we thought maybe that is why airbnb wont refund it. When I go to the details of his booking (now cancellation) it doesnt give me the option to give a refund, only to send special offer.
