I'm trying to register my home and the process is a bit daunting. I get a bit confused about the Business Activity portion. Since I'm a first-time register, how would I answer the following questions?

Do you have taxable Business Personal Property in San Francisco? Business Personal Property is any tangible property owned, claimed, used, possessed, managed, or controlled in the conduct of a trade or business. This includes all machinery, fixtures, computers, appliances, equipment, and leasehold improvements.*
(I have a business in SF. Does that apply?)
What is your average number of employees per week, including those employed outside of San Francisco? *
0?
Are you Exempt from paying Registration Fee? *
(I answered Yes but not sure if it's correct.)
Any guidance would be incredibly helpful. I've reached out to the STR office and they are very slow in responding.
