How can I remove a cancellation I did?

@Clayton28 You can't. Having the calendar permanently blocked is a penalty for cancelling a reservation. This penalty is mentioned when you're going through the cancellation process. You should avoid cancelling reservations at all costs.

If you had to cancel for an extenuating circumstance or if you're new and didn't understand how the system works, you could contact Airbnb and plead your case.
