I got Letter from Township of Toms River NJ zipcode 08755

For our zone 335.21 short term rentals prohibited (minimum stay 30 days)  We must have Rental Certificate Occupancy. Mean if someone renting for 30 days after 30 days if another booking we must get a new C.O.

Minimum fine $300.00 Maximum Fine $1000.00

Hi, did you ever figure this out? I got the same letter last year. I'm under the impression that if you reside on the property, you can rent it out? I don't want to call them because, you know....
