Report a guest feature questions

I am trying to report a guest who i want to block from communicating with me or booking with me in the future.
When I select "report" on the messages page, I get the following choices:

* I think they’re scamming or spamming me
* They’re being offensive
* Something else

When I select "Something else" I get:

* I’m concerned they’re hosting in my neighborhood
* Something on this page is broken 

I do not see a way to block the guest! It seems like something is wrong with this feature. Imo the choices seem really strange and limited.

Any help will be appreciated

Did you report a certain message or did you report the guest (via the profile) ?

I tried to report the guest from the messages page - on the left of trhe page under the profile picture of the guest.
