Hi,
I have recently had to send a couple of money requests to guests who forgot to pay for a number of add on services provided during their stay. I have sent the request through the Send or request money button and after that I haven't heard anything about this. Would I get a notification if the money has been sent and if not does it mean the money hasn't been sent? Would it go straight to the account where I usually receive my guest payments or will it appear on my profile in the form of a credit?
