Requesting a reference from a tenant

Hello, a tenant missed the 14 days to write a review and now wants to write a reference for my house, he says I need to send an email to him requesting a reference, how/where do I find his email address?

@Lynda1 You can contact your guest by sending a message through Airbnb.  Go to Your reservations and click on Send Message. Airbnb never reveals anyone's real email address for security and privacy reasons.
