I blocked all the dates in the following 3 months but Airbnb system automatically opens up the dates in 3 month without any notification, so someone booked my place for next April.

 

I'm not sure I will have access to the flat during the dates of April booked, I cannot guarantee so much in advance that the dates are available for the guest.

 

I try to ask the guest if they can cancel it. They sent a request to let me cancel (because my cancellation policy was strict)

 

1) Is there any way that I can avoid the penalties for both me and the guests? 

 

2) Where can I refund all the money to the guest?

If you believe there is a calendar glitch, you must contact airbnb and let them assist you.  

@Qiuzi0  I am confused by your question.  Your profile has no verification or picture or listing.  Are you a host?  You had better contact Air BNB if this is wrong.
