I have experienced a problem with the reservation status of an open iquiry today. I am still in conversation with the guest and they said they wanted to book but when I opened my inbox today the reservation status had changed to not possible, although all the dated the guest asks for are free on my calendar...
Any help highly appreciated!! 🙂

Maybe the guest has decided to not go ahead with the booking and has cenceled the request from their end. Are you still in touch with the guest? Are they still willing to book? You can ask them to send a new request if they want to book.

This is what happens in your enquiry/inbox when the guest books another location. If they cancel it shows as 'Cancelled' but if they leave it open and booked elsewhere, it showas as Not Possible. Hope that helps! You can always write and ask them to check - things can be pretty random sometimes!
