Where can I contact airbnb about my issues in past, which I saw only now?
I asked here aready about broken stay and I would like to change the context of my review,
and also that I have been reviewed by a person, who has never been to me, moreover never contacted me neither on the day he supposed to arrive, nor after my question, (how could he reviewed me?, if I never reviewed him?)
If you had a no-show rather than a cancellation, the system does not know that the guest did not stay and a review prompt will be sent to the guest with a link to post a review. It will be posted after 14 days whether you left a review or not.
However, guests who did not stay may not leave a review according to airbnb rules, so you should make contact, explain your case and hopefully have the review removed. Try Twitter direct message @airbnbhelp.
