Reviewer forgot to add stars - what do I do?

Reviewer forgot to add stars - what do I do?

Hi there

 

We have just had a very postitive review for a flat I let but I think the reviewer forgot to add a star rating as despite their kind words there do not seem to be any stars with the review. Is there anything I can do about this as I imagine it will affect my overall grading.
