We took a booking, and then a few months before the guest was due to arrive, we accidentally delisted our account! That was fixed, and all our bookings were reinstated, and our guest continued to stay with us and has just left. However, showing as their review on our website, is the simple statement "the host cancelled this booking etc...". How do we get this corrected and removed from our profile, and ensure the guest (who had a good enjoyable stay with us) is asked to leave a proper review?
