[SPAIN] Briefing on reporting income earned through Airbnb

I recently sent my CSV form to my accountant in Spain and she says that it is now required to give the NIF of each person who has rented my apartment. Does anyone know how to get this information?

We are in the same position , wonder whether it would be acceptable to put , say, airbnb fiscal number instead as impossible to get each tenants data , especially now , a year later.
