Safety documents to print

Hello Everyone, I have a question about to make more secure the guest stay but also be more secure as host. There is any of you that print some "legal" document to present as soon as the person check in? As for example if you live in a big condominum with so many other people and you have a garage where your guest leaves the car, any document to protect yourself for any demage.. this is just an example .. . do you have some advices?

@Miami-Modern-Loft0 (your parents clearly had a sense of humour to give you that name! 🙂 ) protection from damage is what the security deposit is for, and any financial transaction about damages outside of AirBnB's system would, I think, be considered an off-site payment which is against AirBnB rules. Having said that, if you do have a security deposit as part of your pricing there is no harm in highlighting this in the information pack or whatever else you give the guest when they arrive.
