Has any host in Santa Monica received any assistance from the Superhost fund? I am a 20 time super host and have not heard a word from AirBnb. This is my only income and about 8 reservations were canceled during the relevant time period for assistance.

Thanks for reaching out here and sorry for the delay. Regarding the Superhost relief fund, I think the following bit of information may help with your questions:

I am eligible, but did not get an invite. Why is that?

The invitation process works by inviting our most long-standing Superhosts in financial need (looking at their earnings decline from this year to last) first. Invited hosts will have a 7 day window to apply. We are sending invites each week from now until May 15th.

Sorry it is delayed from the original date but rest assured we have already begun delivering this support so, if you are eligible, you will hear from us soon. You can double check eligibility here.
