I've found that when you're logged into your account and search for your property, it should always be the first listing. So, just because you're seeing it first, doesn't mean that it's showing first for others. I would use a different browser (not just a new window or tab of the browser you're using) and search without logging in. If you don't have a different browser, then sign out of Airbnb and clear cache/delete cookies.
As for the other issue of your listing not showing up...there could be many reasons. I will have a look now to see if I can find your listing.
