Search results and my listing isn't showing up

Hi All,

I have been using AirBnb for over a year now. I have had lots of successful bookings up until recently. I have other listings on VRBO that are getting a lot of action right now but I have had nothing with AirBnb for months. So I went to search for some random dates in August that I knew were free, I put in my listing and it didn't show up. I then when into my listing and checked to see if the dates were in fact still available and that the pricing was accurate..etc. Everything looked good. I had even activated it by showing my ID last week. But for whatever reason when I'm on the Airbnb site and I plug in Parksville and the August dates that are still available nothing shows up. What am I doing that is wrong? But if I put in Parksville with no dates we are the first listing that displays. 

Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @Melissa177,

I've found that when you're logged into your account and search for your property, it should always be the first listing. So, just because you're seeing it first, doesn't mean that it's showing first for others. I would use a different browser (not just a new window or tab of the browser you're using) and search without logging in. If you don't have a different browser, then sign out of Airbnb and clear cache/delete cookies.

As for the other issue of your listing not showing up...there could be many reasons. I will have a look now to see if I can find your listing.

Do you know that you have a parameter set up for August that requires a check in on Sunday? Is that maybe why it's not showing up for you?
