Service Fees

Hi Just wondering why i would receive a request for accommodation and the service fee is like 18% not the usual 3%.

 

How do i ask or contact Airbnb to work out why.

@Brendan4 Are you referring to the host service fee or the guest service fee?  Can you give an example?
