Setting a minimum notice period for Instant Book

If a guest would like to book within a week of the current date I would like to receive a "Request" rather than allow an Instant Book.
The reason for this is that I would have to check with the Housekeeper on their availability to prepare the property.
All other bookings (i.e. for further than a week away) are fine for Instant Book.
Is this possible anywhere in the Settings?
