She is lovely - I actually met when she was an airbnb guest of mine last year and we have stayed in touch. Dear Hosts,
Thanks to Tenille for putting this up here! I’m doing a research project with the University of New South Wales in Sydney, on the Sharing Economy. My research will focus on Airbnb and aims to establish an understanding of the operation of the rating/review systems Airbnb employs online.
I am simply seeking to understand more about the impact of these rating/review systems on you as hosts, as well as how they reflect your property. I am also seeking to understand your opinions of how the rating/review systems represent guests in the Airbnb community.
