Hello all,
Received the following wonderment several times today:
Anyone else gotten stuff like this?
I reported then blocked. Mobile still shows the timer ticking down, but I can't message or even decline. Un-reporting the message doesn't help.
Does anyone know if the timer is really still counting against us here, or if there is a way to lift the block so I can message in order to stop that?

@Kenneth12 I hate to tell you, but CS is not going to do anything about it. I had something similar happen a few weeks ago. Ended up dinging my response time percentage--even though the alert staff of trained Aibnb CS professionals said otherwise. 😛
