Special Offer but excluding one or more features

Hi

I would like to offer a guest a special deal BUT this would exclude one or more features.
E.G. Guest does not want to use the hot tub on the balcony - it is summer - happy to give 5-10% discount but I would like to make this clear in the special offer. I can't find a way to put in additional text.
Anyone found a way except sending a separate message, which the guest may or may not read.

Biit difficult if you have IB on as you wont get to have an email exchange.

I would remove reference to the jaccuzzi and put in your lower price - then let them know you have an additional facility which there is an extra charge for.

thanks for your reply. Base price is a route I don¨t want to go.

I just feel uncomfortable to send a separate message and than an offer.
