Hi to all of you..

I am host since almost two years now and have been hosting people in three of my rooms. Now my Master Bedroom is up for rent in Medellin and to get some reviews on it I ask people who book other rooms if they would like to switch this this one so I can gain reviews. AirBNB seems to not allow this and keeps asking people if they agree to book the two rooms instead of switching. What can I do?

@Michael261  I assume each of your rooms is a separate listing.  If a guest has already booked a room, they would have to cancel and then book the new room which as you know would cost losing the Air BNB fee.  Perhaps, it would be better if you make the offer before the room is booked.  Temporarily you could add something about the special offer in your introductions in your other listings.  Good luck!!

If you have the room as a separate listing, you can click on the reservation on the calendar, click on alter or cancel, click on change reservation, then you will see a drop down box under "property'.  Click on the other room and check all the other details are correct then click 'submit alteration".  The guest can then accept the alteration to a different room.  You must have the room as a separate listing on order for this to work.
