Strange review-rating situation

Hello all!

 

I have strange situation in my rating section. Today I get 8th review in current season, but I noticed that not all sections (overall, cleanliness, value etc. got rating). My first question is:

- Is it possible not to rate certain section(s) when you writte review?

 

Other thing is that one of the section which is not rated (got to that conclusion because it still has 7 ratings - not 😎 has different number of the stars comparing the day before. My second question is:

- How is it possible that section(s) which the day before had 7 ratings - 6x5stars, 1x4stars, today has 7 ratings - 5x5stars, 2x4 stars.

 

I am pretty confused about this, does anyone have some explanation?

To answer your question - yes, a guest can decide to give you a star rating for the overall experience only and forego all other points.

It's the only one that actively counts towards super host, so no problem, unless they didn't give a 5  😞

I`m also having very strange situation with reviews and ratings....which in one moment is for example last 11 reviews are rating with 5 stars for overall .....but after one hour only the last review rated me with all 5 stars?!?! How is it possible?

 

Also, since I have 4 apartments listed in one of them last two review apears in my personal *review* section but both are not in public....although I received them few days ago!!!

 

The third is that soon is going to be next assessment for Super host status which we maintain for more than 3 year....and now...we are on 79% in 5 stars ....and after few weeks with lot of 5 stars reviews no change!!! Is it OK and what is all about?

 

And afterall I tried to contact Airbn regarding it, but there is no way at all to make a contact ..... And I`m asking what to do?!?!?

 

It is very unprofessionally and I`m more than mad because of it!

 

How do they protect hosts? Is it possible not to have any contact option? And the most interesting thing is that guests issues are immidately processing....they react at once on the very same day?!?!?1

 

What is all about?

 

In last one year we are not in the position to contact Airbnb and I would like to have an answer why is it so?

Hi, not sure what is going on but very likely there is some bug in the AirBnb system. I noticed some other issues too - for example when I change ˝minimum night stay˝ option - on computer new option is listed but not when I check it by smartphone...

 

I am also pretty surprised by the fact that it is impossible to contact AirBnB ?!?
