Regarding Airbnb, the sub catagories of location and acuracy are not good.
One of my renters gave less stars than the normal 5 because the place looked more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Now I am penalized for that. Isn't it better they are pleasantly surprise, rather than having great photos and the reality is less? That was under accuracy.
Location, there is nothing any of us can do about location. The renter chooses that, and if they choose a location they find ugly, or unappealing, that is there concern, not mine.
In all of Mexico the super wealthy houses are surrounded by run down areas, that is what it means to be third world.
What does location and a ranking, have to do with anything?
Why does it effect our over all stars.
I have 5 stars with Flipkey, and get many more views globaly from them, and they don't have these ridiculous sub categories.
My property and views are breath taking, again this is a sub catagory that has no real value for the guest or host.
Please consider removing those two categories.
Thank you,
