Submit Alteration on Price not working

Submit Alteration on Price not working

 have a booking for the start of march (4th to 6th). The guest has decided to stay an extra night, so I said put an enquiry through and I would send a special offer minus the cleaning fee. 

 

Now, it appears that what they have put through is a booking request for the 6th.

 

So, I click on Change Reservation, go to change the price but the Submit Alteration button is greyed out..

 

Why ?????

Looking at your calendar for March it would appear that your home has been reserved for the 4th, 5th and 6th of March.  Did your guest want to stay the 7th as well?  Probably what happened is that the guest booked for the 4th and 5th, then made a separate reservation for the 6th, yes?

If you need to refund your guest the additional cleaning fee, you can do this through the Resolution Center.  Here's a helpful link on how to use it:
