@Edwin57 Yes, I know what you mean.  Parties can happen anytime, Super Bowl, New Year's, 4th of July, you name the holiday.  When people book for these dates you need to be very firm with the guests that you do not allow parties.  Do this in Airbnb's messaging system so you are on record with this. This way you are reinforcing this House Rule. 

I always block out New Year's weekend as I just don't want the hassle.
