Super Host and ratings

I have e-mailed Airbnb (if you can get the site to do that for a start - please advise if someone has an actual e-mail adress that we can correspond with the company)

Here is my question, bearing in mind I have a super host status.. ?

My overall % has dropped from 92% 5 star rating to 89%5 start rating over the last 7 guests (out of a total of 92 Guests for the year, yet when I review the area in which we can see what our ratings have been, it indicates to me that I have been recieving 5 star ratings across the board, there has  only been 1 that is appears she didn't like my house because the sun came up at 4.30 in the morning (not much I can do about that).

Does the rating system have a lag preriod?

Thanks

Hello @Greg-And-Margot0 I don't know about a lag period but maybe this link will help you.

Do you know why they have a Super Host assessment period? Isn't it just a matter of numbers? Can't the computer tell you wheather you are a super host or not based on percentage?
