Superhost status

Hi,

I saw that I was being reviewed for Superhost status earlier this month - but then I didn't get it and I'm not sure why. Anyone have any ideas? I had the min 10 bookings within last 12 months, 5* reviews, 100% response rate....anything I'm missing?

Sophie - you should get your Superhost if you had the stats prior to December 31st. The only thing that could keep you from getting your badge is if you had a cancelation. I just checked your profile and your 10th guest checked out in January so you may have missed it by one guest. On the next review you'll get it for sure if you keep doing what you are doing getting 5* with all your guest.
