Superhost

Hey,

Does anyone know how the Superhost status is assessed? I've previously held this status and seem to meet the standard, but it's been removed.

What method is used to calculate feedback percentages? Could there be reviews I can't see? They don't seem to add up..

Why is 'location' a feedback option? The property is listed on a map and a guest decides where to stay. It's hardly something a host can improve, is it?

I too suffer from Location issues as my listing is way out in the country.  Since receiving low ratings for this category I try all the harder to ask my guests what their plans are to determine if my listing is suitable for them, thereby weeding out guests that might have Location issues.  I also have revised my listing description to convey that my listing is "off the beaten path" so people know I'm not in town. It has helped quite a bit.
