Team member cannot see calendar on app

I was signed up as a team member with full access but I cannot see the calendar. It is saying I do not have any listings, yet when I go to listings there are 4 active listings. Airbnb support is useless and try blaming it on me using iGMS as a management app saying it's their fault yet my calendar didn't work on the Airbnb app before even trying iGMS and when I am on iGMS it doesn't pick up anything either. Even after sending them screenshots from the AIRBNB app! Even after disconnecting my iGMS with my Airbnb, I still have no calendar, obviously, because it has nothing to do with iGMS but Airbnb support insists it is not their app LOL. Anyone know a fix for this?

My thoughts/

You are not listed as a co-host on Doug's listings ? probably a problem at Doug's end.

Is the primary host using the professional hosting tools/multicalender and have you switched it on in your account settings.

The app can be very glitchy, does it work ok on a laptop.

 

Thank you for the reply. I can see it on my laptop, which is the weird part and I thought they got rid of co-hosts? I thought I read that somewhere. If it were something wrong on the owner's end, would I still be able to see it on my laptop though? I'm thinking it is the app. But when I log in under the owners info, the calendar works no problem. I do believe the owner uses the professional tools

My cohost lost his ability to see the calendar for both listings.  He sees it for only one of our listings.  He is listed as cohost on both.  Any advice?
