Summer is officially over with the passing of Labor Day.

No reservations for weekdays, few for weekends.

While the days are still very nice, the revenue stream is not.

I need to adjust.

I will take in international students. I like them, but they require care. 

They also are in my house more than my wonderful Airbnb guests.

I also host international students. But some of them are studying at a specific institute, where they go every week day from 9:00 to 17:00 . So they are my favorites  :>)

Hi @Paul154  And the students who are a long way from home will always remember their stay with you, and the kindness you showed toward them whilst they were in your home.  Some will become your friends forever.
