The system has made a wrong payment how do i sort this
I have a guest staying who originally booked for last night, but changed the booking to include tonight, the system shows that she changed the booking but it the new date did not show up on the calendar and airbnb have only paid me for last night, so they are staying tonight for free! What can I do about this, I have tried twice to contact airbnb about this without any success? I'd be really grateful for any help you can give me.
