Time for Resolution Center

I have submitted a dispute and the necessary information to the resolution center but its been weeks and I have yet to receieve a decision.

Hello @Todd10,

 

Have you heard anything from the guest? If not, have you "Involved Airbnb? If not, there's an option to Involve Airbnb in the Resolution Center. If you have involved already and if there's still no update yet, contact airbnb directly using the Toll Free number on the itinanary and ask about the delay.
