To 'Snooze or Not to Snooze"

Hi Everyone,

Just curious if any hosts use the Snooze option on your listing when you know you will not be able to temporary respond to an inquiry/booking? for example you might be at a wedding, dinner, or at a function where having a device on is not proper. I do know about the automated reply programs that are out there, however I am curious of the hosts who do not have automated response programs, do you temporary use the Snooze option?

I use it all the time @Rubén16

I snooze listings when away for the weekend or on holiday, the last thing I want to do is deal with bookings when i'm having some down time. I even snooze them when the grandkids come to stay, play time is far more important.

@Rubén16  We use the snooze only when we are on vacation and/or if we are somewhere that cell service is spotty and we think we can't check the messages, but generally, we wouldn't use the snooze function for only 1 night since you have 24 hours to respond.

@Rubén16 I snooze my listings when i know that i will be away for more than 3 days.If you do not want to snooze your listing i would advice you to find someone genuine who can reply on your behalf.

I snooze (literally, too) when flying. I wouldn't when at a party etc. The response doesn't have to be within seconds!
