Differentiating and making unique our tourist accommodation is an important issue to emerge from the great mass of offers on the Airbnb portal; I know that, I'm a host like you. For this reason, about a year ago I decided to develop a project in collaboration with some professors of the Ca' Foscari University - Venice to realize how to differentiate an Airbnb's Ad. We have done various researches, interviewed hosts and guests, interacted with the Public Administration, met the residents, and we have discovered that a distinctive factor could make an announcement unique. What's this "X-factor" in your opinion?
