Using a landline number

With over 40 properties on the platform it's now time for us to take off the mobile number and add a landline, I've now been on hold to 3 different people over the last hour and everyone is telling me this can't be done as you can't verify.  Can someone please give me hope this can be done?

Can't you just change your profile number to the landline, then when it wants the pin choose the call me instead option?

It's not clear to me why you need to contact Airbnb in order to add or change a phone number?

You should be able to do this via Settings:

- Account Settings:

  Personal Info

  5th down Phone Number.

I have registered both landline and mobile.
