View Stats for Specific Calendar Days

Hi Community,

 

I am a relatively new host and the town that my property is in is very seasonal. Our views have been going up but I have no idea if potential guests are looking at dates in the upcoming shoulder season in the fall, or for the high season in the winter. This could be a very good indication as to what the martket is doing and if my prices are too high (I am getting a low conversion rate right now). 


Looks like Airbnb doesn't have this feature, but does anyone know any good 3rd party tools that allow you to further analyze your market?
