WESTERN UNION Payments encountering problems

Hi, I get paid via Western Union in USD.

It went smoothly for a long while until lately I was on holiday and went to Western Union a few weeks late.

Western Union told me I cannot get paid as it is after one month. The amount is put on hold.

Any one has similar issue?

They said I should contact Airbnb to get them release. But I cannot find a means.  Any phone number that you know?

Guten Tag Elias,

I do not have this problem as I use paypal. But to contact airbnb do the following:

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to https://www.airbnb.com/my_reservations?locale=en
3. Click on "Print Confirmation"
4. Go to the end of the page and find the contact numbers.
