Airbnb is a technology based service - can we please get some upgrades?
- Faster site - it takes a very long time for it to load (no, it's not my provider - many other sites I use load much faster)
- Schedule messages - why can we not have an option to automate things like check-in/check-out information/reminders so that doesn't have to be done manually every time?
- One click to messages - waaay too many click throughs to get to messages - the most frequently used function for me. When a Superhost is communicating with five or six guests a day it adds up to a lot of wasted time.
- Welcome video - please add an option for us to upload a welcome video that walks the guest through check-in, key features in the unit. It would be so much easier for everyone to see - and much more welcoming than a bunch of text.
- Improved organization - I have to look a lot of different places to find things like where to notify there are exterior security cameras (you added a policy that states we need to advise but no place to indicate cameras in use and whether they are exterior/interior/location). Create a single page with links in the least where we can click to navigate to different parts of the site.
- Select photos that show top of the page in listing - right now, it seems it grabs the first five photos - so if I want to keep my photos organized by room/feature then all my listing photos are of the same room - otherwise, I have to put shots out of order on my page so that my layout shows a selection.
I'd happily give up the custom URL to be able to add video, scheduled messages, and more speed on the site.
